Three's a Charm

• The squirrel got rescued from our wall last week and yes, he was still alive (thank goodness!). The maintenance man had to cut three holes in our wall to find him and then cut a fourth for the rescue mission. He then caught him in a bucket and released him out Abby's bedroom window. Since then, every time I see a squirrel I wonder if that was the one...

• Abby's latest trick has been to go the bathroom after her diaper is off. We are smart enough to to the diaper transfer quickly, but she somehow manages to find the 2-second window when nothing is under her except the changing table pad. And of course her pee then ends up creeping up her back and we get to strip her down and change clothes. Well, yesterday was one of those incredible days where she managed to pee all over while we were at church (thank goodness we had spare clothes!) and at home (and we just dumped her in the bath). As if that wasn't enough, she also had an exploding poopy diaper. Somehow, she got only a teensy tiny bit on her onesie, but since it leaked out her leg, a large amount ended up on her father's shirt. It was quite hilarious!
