Happy birthday to myself! Abby has shocked us all this week by sleeping 6 hours between feedings. We are elated! She continues to grow and impress all with her “Roy-like” cute looks. She even traveled well down to Williamsburg this weekend, sleeping almost the entire time. She got lots of loving from all the family and managed to smile for one or two pictures. Roy had to wrestle with her during church as she was HUNGRY and they did not have any hot water to warm the bottle! After about 45 minutes of “fixing” Abby, Roy was finally able to go back and catch the end of the broadcast from Salt Lake.
Michelle has been a happy and grateful mother due to her daughter’s good nature. She had a relaxing weekend down in Williamsburg and was grateful for the break. Abby loves her very much and no one can get smiles from Abby like Michelle can.
Roy made the most of his birthday weekend by forcing family to come down to Williamsburg. Unfortunately his persuasion powers do not cross the Texas border. He got lots of board games, a wallet, a wireless router, and the Indiana Jones Series. Oh, and in honor of Miriam he got new shoes.

He tried to get a cell phone upgrade but he was ten days too early. Mom had to come up with a code to authorize Roy to get a cell phone in Northern Virginia and, instead of choosing an easy code like the last four digits of Roy’s cell phone, Mom insisted that it be her birthday. Roy is definitely on the hook to remember her birthday now. However, Justice was served. On Roy’s B-day Mom asked Roy if it was his real B-day. Of course Roy responded, “Maybe we should make it a code for you.”
