On Friday, we went to our Ward Campout, but since we are lame and without camping gear, we just stayed for the playing and campfire portion of the evening. The kids loved being with friends on the small lake-front beach throwing sticks, collecting shells, and building sand castles. There's something magical and timeless about being outside with friends. The icing on the cake was eating s'mores and roasted Starburst. If you haven't roasted Starburst before, you need to try it. It's like eating a giant, gooey Skittle...so yummy!
